解决一个powershell终端小问题

今天才注意到 win11 pro 的终端 powershell 7.3.6 有个小警告：

Warning: PowerShell detected that you might be using a screen reader and has disabled PSReadLine for compatibility purposes. If you want to re-enable it, run 'Import-Module PSReadLine'.
